By placing an order with The Sweet Lane by Oly, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final / No Refunds

Due to the nature of our products being perishable, made-to-order food items, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, custom orders, pre-orders, and standard menu items.

  • Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to our discretion.

2. Order Accuracy & Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • All order details (flavors, sizes, quantities, pickup date/time, and spelling on custom items) are correct at the time of ordering.

  • The correct contact information is provided.

The Sweet Lane Bakery by Oly is not responsible for errors made by the customer at checkout.

3. Custom & Special Orders

  • Custom orders require advance notice and full payment.

  • Once a custom order is accepted, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Design inspiration photos are for reference only. Final products may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of baked goods.

4. Allergens & Dietary Restrictions

Our kitchen may use or come into contact with:

  • Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Wheat

  • Nuts

  • Soy

  • Other common allergens

While we may offer items that are gluten-free or allergen-friendly, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

5. Pickup & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed date and time.

  • Failure to pick up an order at the scheduled time does not qualify for a refund.

  • Late pickups may affect product quality, for which we are not responsible.

  • If delivery is offered, The Sweet Lane Bakery by Oly is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses or recipient availability.

6. Storage & Handling

Once an order has been picked up or delivered:

  • We are not responsible for damage, spoilage, or quality issues caused by improper storage or handling.

  • Customers should follow provided storage instructions to maintain freshness.

7. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Full payment is required to confirm orders unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances (in such cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion).

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and branding associated with The Sweet Lane Bakery by Oly are the property of the business and may not be used without written permission.

9. Right to Refuse Service

The Sweet Lane Bakery by Oly reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, provided it is lawful and non-discriminatory.
